Following last week's announcement that a Stirlingshire postcode sector has won £2 Million in the June Postcode Millions draw, players will be jumping for joy to hear that the minimum prize is £1,000.

This Saturday (29th June) from 1pm to 2.30pm, the winners' party for the Postcode Millions will see celebrations and life-changing cheques at the Balfron Primary School in Moor Road in Balfron, G63 0PD. All players within postcode sector G63 0 will learn just how much of the £2 Million prize they have won on the day. Those living in the full winning postcode, also to be revealed at the party, will walk away with the lion's share of the £2 Million prize pot.

As if the excitement of picking up at least £1,000 wasn't enough, the winners' party will also see Scottish Pop Idol 2003 winner Michelle McManus performing. Michelle is very excited about the winners' party. She said: "I can't wait to celebrate with all the winners. Congratulations to all of the winning People's Postcode Lottery players in Stirlingshire. Good luck to everyone!"

People's Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt will be hosting the event and is looking forward to presenting the lucky players with their cheques. Judie said, "It's always so wonderful to reveal the winning cheques and see everyone's reaction to how much they have won."

Winners, who have already been notified, are invited to attend the celebration from 12pm on Saturday and enjoy the entertainment on offer, which includes stilt-walkers, face painting and refreshments. The main event will start at 1pm.

But these players are not the only people to have benefitted from People's Postcode Lottery. So far, players of People's Postcode Lottery have raised over £28.6 Million for charities and good causes across Britain. In Stirlingshire alone £283,000 has been awarded to 57 projects by People's Postcode Trust, a grant-giving body funded entirely by players of People's Postcode Lottery.
