Postcode Lottery players have raised more than £250,000 for WWF Scotland
By playing the People's Postcode Lottery, it’s not just you who has the chance to win big. You're helping to support 15 fantastic charities, including WWF Scotland.
40p from every £2 you spend on tickets goes to good causes. WWF Scotland has already received over £250,000 from you, the players, to date.
The funding is assisting the WWF Scotland team in their work to protect the natural world, including fighting climate change, threats to natural resources and rising energy use.
WWF Scotland works primarily from a Scottish perspective, influencing policy, providing solutions and gaining public support and involvement. Scotland's seas are home to a variety of amazing species, including whales, dolphins, seals and sharks, as well as 330 different kinds of fish.
Protecting these amazing types of species has become one of WWF Scotland's many focuses with the creation of More Fish. This is a Europe-wide campaign for real and effective reform of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP). Thousands of people have already signed the petition to make Scottish fisheries sustainable.
WWF Scotland and all of the team working at the charity are extremely grateful for the continued support of People's Postcode Lottery’s players. Thank you again!
