The Bike Station with Edinburgh and Lothians Greenspace Trust
This Edinburgh based project has created a London Underground-style map of the 70 miles of off-street cycle ways and paths that reach right into the city centre, with the aim of increasing the number of people walking and cycling for commuting and recreation. The funding will be used for the conservation and rejuvenation of the currently neglected pathways, and to implement a visible and intuitive signage system.
