When you subscribe to People's Postcode Lottery online, you'll be sent an email with a confirmation of the email address and the password which you should use to log into the Players Club.

How do I change my email address?

If you wish to change the email address we have recorded for you, please log into Players Club and go to the Change Details page.

How do I change my password?

If you wish to change your password for the Players Club, please log into Players Club and go to the Change Password page.

I forgot my Players Club password.  What can I do?

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it on the Forgot Password page. Once you have reset the password, log into Players Club using this new password.
