Minimum £400 windfall for Postcode Millions winners in Warrington

Following last week's announcement that players in postcode sector WA1 3 have won £2 Million in the October Postcode Millions draw, the minimum prize has now been confirmed as £400.

Winners will gather on Saturday 25th October from 11.30am until 1.00pm at The Park Royal Hotelto celebrate together and find out exactly how much they have won. Players living in the full winning postcode, to be revealed on the day, will walk away with the lion's share of the £2 Million prize pot.

It's not just players who win with People's Postcode Lottery. Players have awarded good causes across Britain and beyond an amazing £51.4 Million. The winners' celebration will see a number of supported charities in attendance, including Missing People, Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) and Medecins Sans Frontieres.

Ed Bracher, CEO of Riding for the Disabled Association, is heading to The Park Royal Hotel for his first ever Postcode Millions event. "I can't wait to go to Warrington for my first ever Postcode Millions," he said. "I'm sure it will be a great day. As Chief Executive of RDA I get to see first-hand the impact of the support from players on RDA groups and our riders. RDA has received £150,000 in funding from players of People's Postcode Lottery and I would just like to say a massive thank you for their continual support."

People's Postcode Lottery presenter Judie McCourt will be hosting the event and can't wait to meet all of the lucky winners. She said, "The atmosphere in the north west is always fantastic and I'm sure we'll have some very excited players up on stage collecting their cheques. Good luck to all our lucky players. I hope you have a fantastic day!"
