What Happens Next?

Cash Prize Winners

If you pay by Direct Debit or if you signed up by other payment methods but have already registered your bank account details with us, your prize money will be transferred to your bank account within 28 days. If you haven’t registered your bank details with us yet, please ring us on freephone number 0808 109 8765 and we can arrange to pay your winnings.

Prize Voucher Winners

Prize Voucher winners who have an email address on their People's Postcode Lottery account will be sent an email (including a voucher code to allow them to redeem their prize) when the winning postcodes are announced.

Prize Voucher winners without an email address will be sent a letter, arriving later that same week.

E-Gift Card Winners

E-Gift Card winners will receive an email from People's Postcode Lottery including a link inviting them to claim a Marks and Spencer E-Gift Card. Clicking this link will present a congratulations page and the E-Gift Card will be emailed directly to their registered email address. From here, winners can then redeem the balance next time they are passing a Marks and Spencer store.

E-Gift Card winners who don't have an email address registered will receive a letter in the post with the E-Gift Card printed on it.

LetterBox Prize Winners

LetterBox Prize winners will be notified by a letter from Royal Mail containing their prize. This will be sent directly to their registered correspondence address. There is no action required to receive or claim this prize.
