One of this weekend's Street Prizes has landed less than two miles from the site of 2016's second Saturday Street Prize! A Cannock player has become the ninth player in the area to win an incredible £25,000, as their postcode, WS11 5TZ, was drawn as a winner in one of this weekend's two Saturday Street Prizes.
In January, eight lucky residents of WS12 4BY in Hednesford won a whopping £25,000 each in the People’s Postcode Lottery Street Prize.
Unfortunately, this weekend's winner was not available to collect their cheque, but they will happily find a fantastic £25,000 deposited straight into their bank account.
As a charity lottery, players have raised over £118 Million for good causes across Great Britain and internationally. Local charities in the area that have benefitted from funding include Burntwood Pheonix, Girlguiding – Beaudesert District, Manor Farm Community Association and the Walsall Street Teams.
There were a wealth of big winners this weekend, with a second Street Prize coming to Wellingborough, the Postcode Millions landing in Coventry, Dream Holidays being scooped in Thatcham and £5,000 and a BMW won in Englefield Green. Congratulations to all our lucky winners!
