Street League is a national charity which uses sport to tackle youth unemployment across the UK
At Street League young people find a way out of poverty. the charity works with young people aged 14-30 living in some of England and Scotland's most disadvantaged communities, helping them to overcome their practical and personal barriers to employment.
Sport is at the heart of its programmes, developing the life and workplace skills, self-worth and sense of belonging needed to thrive. Street League programmes:
- Work in schools and communities with young people at risk of future unemployment,
- Support unemployed young people into high quality employment, training or education, and
- Provide young people in work with opportunities to learn and progress.
