Making Changes

I've moved house. How can I change address/postcode so I play in my new street?

If you've changed address and would like to update your playing postcode, give our Customer Experience team a call on freephone number 0808 109 8765. We need you to tell us the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth (as a security check)
  • Your previous address
  • Your full new postal address - please note, we need you to tell us your complete new address 
  • Your new playing postcode
  • Your up-to-date phone numbers and email address

We'll make all the arrangements and let you know when you'll start playing with your new postcode. You can also request a change of address by using the form in Contact Us. You could also email us at or by writing to us at:
