I’ve moved house. How can I change address/postcode so I play in my new street?
If you've changed address and would like to update your playing postcode, give our Customer Experience team a call on freephone number 0808 109 8765. We just need you to tell us the following:
- Your full name
- Your date of birth (as a security check)
- Your previous address
- Your full new postal address - please note, we need you to tell us your complete new address
- Your new playing postcode
- Your up-to-date phone numbers and email address
We'll make all the arrangements and let you know when you'll start playing with your new postcode. You can also request a change of address by emailing us at email@example.com or by writing to us at:

If you choose to contact us by email or letter, your update is not in place until we confirm your change. If you wish to make a change ahead of the next monthly draws (traditionally the first Wednesday of each month), we recommended that you call us on freephone number 0808 109 8765. By calling, we can ensure your update is in place ready for the following draws.
