Following last week's announcement that players in postcode sector DN31 2 have won £2 Million in the June Postcode Millions draw, the minimum prize has been confirmed as a fantastic £2,000.

On Saturday 28th June from 11am to 1pm at the People's Park in Grimsby, lucky players from DN31 2 will learn just how much of the £2 Million prize pot they have won. Those living in the full winning postcode, to be revealed on the day, will walk away with the lion's share of the windfall.

It's not just players who win with People's Postcode Lottery. To date, charities and good causes across Britain and globally have been awarded over £43.3 Million.

The winners' celebration will see a number of supported charities in attendance, including Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust (YDMT), Girlguiding and Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. These fantastic charities will be able to meet all the happy winners on the day and spread the word about the work that they support just by playing.

Leah Cardus from Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust is attending the event and is thoroughly looking forward to meeting all the happy players. "This is the first time that I'll be attending a Postcode Millions event and I am so excited to meet all the players and thank them for their unwavering support," she said. "The support means so much to the team at YDMT and I'm sure to all the other charities that receive funding. This is the perfect opportunity for us to say a massive thank you! Best of luck to everyone attending the event. I'm sure it will be a great day for everyone involved."

People's Postcode Lottery Ambassador Judie McCourt will be hosting the event and is delighted to be heading to Grimsby to present the winners with their cheques. Judie said, "I can't wait to get up on stage and start pulling those cheques out the gold envelopes. I hope the crowd are as excited as I am! Congratulations to all the winners!"

Winners, who have already been notified, are invited to attend the cheque presentation from 11am on Saturday to join in the celebrations.
