Street Prize

Great News For Great Stukeley

11 November 2018 - PE28 4AQ - Great Stukeley - £30,000

Three neighbours in Great Stukeley have won £30,000 thanks to their lucky postcode, PE28 4AQ, being announced as the winner of Sunday's Street Prize.

Scott was joined by his wife Kate when he was presented with the prize. Kate said, "It only began to feel real that we'd won something when we saw Jeff walking up to the door with the big red jacket on! I still can't stop looking at the cheque – this sort of thing doesn't happen to us.

"Realistically, I think the money will go on some new windows for the house to stop us from being freezing cold this winter. I think Scott would like a motorbike too, and I'd like a van!"

People's Postcode Lottery Presenter Jeff Brazier handed Scott his fabulous cheque. Jeff said, "I'm absolutely delighted for this amazing couple. What a year they've had – got married, moved into a new house and now a lottery win to top it off!"

As 32% of the ticket price goes to charities, our players have raised over £361 Million so far. To date, over 4,000 good causes have benefited across Great Britain and internationally. This Street prize was part of a draw promoted by Postcode Care Trust.

One to One Project is a good cause close to our winners that has been funded by players of People's Postcode Lottery. The group received £4,120 to provide support to adults with mental health difficulties.
