TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EARLY BIRD AUDI Q4 E-TRON EV FREE PRIZE DRAW PROMOTION FOR OCTOBER 2023

1. THE PROMOTION

1.1 The promotion is available to new customers aged 18 years and over, who are resident in Great Britain and who, during the period from 00:01hrs on 7th September 2023 (when this promotion starts) to 23.59hrs on 12th September (when this promotion ends), (i) take out a new subscription with People's Postcode Lottery and (ii) participate in the October draws managed by People's Postcode Lottery with their new subscription. A new subscription also includes additional ticket subscriptions purchased by existing People's Postcode Lottery customers.

1.2. Persons who are self-excluded with People's Postcode Lottery, or are not eligible to enter People's Postcode Lottery under condition 3.3 of the Terms and Conditions of People's Postcode Lottery (https://www.postcodelottery.co.uk/policies/terms-and-conditions) will not be able to enter this promotion.

1.3 All customers falling within 1.1 above, who are not persons falling within 1.2 above, will be automatically entered into a Free Prize Draw in which the prize shall be an Audi Q4 e-tron EV or equivalent cash value of £55,000 (fifty five thousand pounds). People's Postcode Lottery reserve the right to substitute the car with the cash equivalent. Other players who play in the October lottery draws managed by People's Postcode Lottery with the same postcode as that of the new subscription played with by the customer selected as the winner of this Free Prize Draw will each be awarded one prize of £1,000 (one thousand pounds) regardless of the number of subscriptions they hold with that postcode. No additional purchase to the new subscription is required.

1.4 Entries are limited to one (1) per person regardless of the number of subscriptions bought.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS

2.1 On 4th October 2023 the winner of the Audi Q4 e-tron EV or £55,000 cash value prize will be randomly picked from all valid entries, by way of random software in front of an independent observer. If the winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with these terms and conditions, then the winner may in People's Postcode Lottery's sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner, as applicable, may be selected. All winners as a result of the Free Prize Draw will be notified of their win by post and/or telephone within 30 days of the prize draw by a representative of People's Postcode Lottery.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS

3.1 People's Postcode Lottery shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event that prevents a customer from entering the promotion.

3.2 This promotion is without prejudice to People's Postcode Lottery's discretion to refuse applications for new subscriptions as set out in its terms and conditions. A person will not be entered into the Free Prize Draw if People's Postcode Lottery decides not to allow the new subscription into the October draws.

3.3 This promotion does not form part of the society lotteries managed by People's Postcode Lottery. It is a free promotion funded by Postcode Lottery Limited.

3.4 These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and entrants to the Free Prize Draw submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

4. PRIVACY

People's Postcode Lottery is the Data Controller for data you provide when entering this Free Prize Draw. At People's Postcode Lottery, we take the protection of Personal Data seriously.

The surname and county of the winner of the Audi Q4 e-tron EV or £55,000 cash value will be available by phoning 0808 109 8765 after 15th October 2023 unless the winner contacts People's Postcode Lottery to object to this information being provided to those who request it. In such circumstances the surname and county of the winner will not be made available but will be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
