Checking Webmail for Missing Emails

Some email set-ups don't automatically retrieve emails from your spam folder.

With this type of set-up, emails won't filter through to your inboxes because they've been moved to a spam folder only accessible from your webmail account.

Accessing emails from this type of account:

  • Log in to the online webmail version of your email account.

  • If you find missing emails in the spam folder here, mark the emails as not spam.

  • You will also need to add us to your safe sender list, to ensure future emails don't end up in the spam folder.
