Checking Webmail for Missing Emails
Some email set-ups don't automatically retrieve emails from your spam folder.
With this type of set-up, emails won't filter through to your inboxes because they've been moved to a spam folder only accessible from your webmail account.
Accessing emails from this type of account:
Log in to the online webmail version of your email account.
If you find missing emails in the spam folder here, mark the emails as not spam.
You will also need to add us to your safe sender list, to ensure future emails don't end up in the spam folder.
