Bonanza For Barrow-in-Furness

Players in Barrow-in-Furness will share £3 Million in June's Postcode Millions

A Barrow-in-Furness postcode sector, LA14 4, has been announced as the winner of June's £3 Million Postcode Millions prize in a Facebook Live video today with Matt Johnson. All of the lucky residents who play with a ticket in the postcode sector will receive a share of the money.

Winners will be invited to attend an exciting party in the grounds of Hawcoat Park Sports Club on Saturday 30th June where they will find out exactly how much they've won. At the event, the full winning postcode will be announced, with those playing with it picking up the largest share of the prize money.

People's Postcode Lottery presenter Judie McCourt will be handing out cheques to the winners at the event. Judie said, "Meeting our players at the Postcode Millions parties is so much fun. I can't wait to join the celebrations in Barrow-in-Furness and hand out some amazing cheques. Congratulations to everyone in LA14 4!"

32% of the ticket price goes to charity. To date, People's Postcode Lottery players have raised over £310 Million for more than 4,000 good causes across Great Britain and internationally.

A number of local projects around the Barrow-in-Furness area have been supported by players of People's Postcode Lottery. Tigerlily Trust received £15,600 last year for a project providing one-to-one peer support for bereaved parents.
