Prizes Galore In Pershore

October's Postcode Millions is heading to one lucky community in Pershore

It's great news for Pershore, which has just discovered that some of its residents are set to share an incredible £3 Million.

The lucky postcode sector, WR10 3, was announced as the winner of October's Postcode Millions prize in a Facebook Live video today. All of the lucky locals who play with a ticket in WR10 3 will collect a share of the cash.

Residents will find out exactly how much they've won at a special event on Saturday 3rd November at National Trust Croome in Worcestershire. That's also when the full winning postcode will be revealed. Those who play with that postcode will receive the largest share of the prize money.

People's Postcode Lottery Presenter Matt Johnson will be in Pershore to reveal the winning amounts. He said, "I can't tell you how good it feels to make people's day with a big cheque. I'm looking forward to seeing all the lucky winners in Pershore and finding out how they'll spend their prizes!"

Last month, more than 400 people in Kidderminster shared the £3 Million prize pot. One lucky winner walked away with an amazing £250,000.

With 32% of the ticket price going to charities, players have raised more than £350 Million for over 4,000 good causes to date.

A number of local projects have received support from players of People's Postcode Lottery, including Avon Navigation Trust. The group received £3,500 to transform Pershore Weir Island into a community wildlife haven to attract both residents and tourists.
