Following last week's announcement that players in postcode sector CM14 5 have won £2 Million in our August Postcode Millions draw, the minimum prize has been confirmed as a fantastic £1,000.

On Saturday 30th August lucky winners will gather at King George's Playing Field, Hartswood Road, Brentwood from 11am to 12.45pm. All players in postcode sector CM14 5 will learn just how much of £2 Million prize pot they have won. Those living in the full winning postcode, to be revealed on the day, will walk away with the lion's share of the windfall.

It's not just players who win with People's Postcode Lottery. To date, charities and good causes across Britain and globally have been awarded over £47.2 Million.

The winners' celebration will see a number of supported charities in attendance, including Dogs Trust, WaterAid, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, Missing People, War Child, Riding for the Disabled Association and the National Trust.

People's Postcode Lottery Ambassador Judie McCourt will be hosting the event and is delighted to be heading to Essex to present the winners with their cheques. Judie said, "It was only last August that we were in Essex so it's exciting to be back again so soon. I can't wait to hand out some cheques to lucky winners."

Winners, who have already been notified, are invited to attend the cheque presentation from 11am on Saturday to join in the celebrations.
