Success For Swindon

Players in postcode sector SN5 8 in Swindon are set to share an amazing £3 Million prize pot
Danyl Johnson reveals Swindon's whopping Millions win

Today it was announced that a £3 Million prize pot is set to be shared amongst players in a lucky Swindon postcode sector!

Residents of the town who play with postcode sector SN5 8 will each scoop a share of the amazing prize pot after it was revealed as the winning sector of April's Postcode Millions prize via a Facebook Live video.

Our winners will find out just how much they've won at a special event on Saturday 27th April at the beautiful Lydiard Park.

The full winning postcode will also be revealed at the event. Those playing with that postcode will be taking home cheques for the largest share of the £3 Million prize pot.

Last month, the Millions prize landed in Fareham and over 450 people shared the prize.

People's Postcode Lottery Presenters Matt Johnson and Danyl Johnson will be in Swindon on 27th April to hand over the cheques. Danyl said, "The best thing about my job is getting to meet our lovely winners and make their day by handing them lovely big cheques. I can't wait to get to Swindon and see the smiles on everyone's faces when they find out what they've won."

With 32% of the ticket price going to charity, players have raised over £416 Million for thousands of charities and good causes to date.

April's Postcode Millions draw is being held on behalf of Postcode African Trust which supports organisations working in Africa to alleviate poverty, strengthen communities and protect the environment. In our Facebook Live video, the winning postcode sector was revealed at the offices of Book Aid International, which has received £1.85 Million from the trust to provide books and improve literacy in over 20 countries.

Local charities in Swindon have also benefited from player support, including Pennyhooks Farm Trust. The group were awarded £7,429 in 2017 to create conservation areas such as ponds and orchards.
