One lucky Tranent player has scooped a fantastic £25,000 today

This weekend, one of our Saturday Street Prizes landed in Tranent in East Lothian. The £25,000 prize was won in postcode EH33 1JU. This isn't the first time that Tranent has had a big win with our Saturday Street Prize. In 2014, two winners in nearby postcode EH33 1AD each picked up fantastic £25,000 cheques.

£142 Million has been raised to date by players of People's Postcode Lottery for over 2,000 good causes across Great Britain and internationally.

A project that players have supported near Tranent is The Winton Bear Foundation's Fostering Compassion programme, which was awarded £6,400 this year to run animal and nature-themed workshops for vulnerable children.

There were also five happy players in Colwick this weekend as another Saturday Street Prize landed in NG4 2GZ.
