A postcode in Ingleby Barwick has been drawn as one of 2016's last Street Prize winners, earning one lucky resident a £25,000 prize. They scooped the prize with their lucky postcode, TS17 0TQ.
Newton Tucker, a window cleaner, said it was going to be a fantastic new year after finding out exactly how much he'd won.
"It just hasn't sunk in – we are all completely delighted and over the moon. It's going to be a mint new year!
"We've always promised our son a trip to Florida, so now we'll be able to make that dream come true. I've no idea yet what we'll do with the rest, apart from of course treating the family.
"We're going out to a special dinner for our Gran's 60th tomorrow, so there'll be a few extra bottles of champagne at the table."

An hour up the road from Newton, Dawn Hayes in Greenside won this weekend's second Saturday Street Prize, Maerdy players landed the £5,000 + BMW prize, and Reedham players scooped Dream Holidays.
