Aggie said: “The work that Maggie's does to help people affected by cancer is so important so a big thank you to all the players of the People's Postcode Lottery who help make this possible. The lottery is such a great way of having fun and raising money for a variety of good causes.”
Aggie joined Kate Pearson, trust manager at People's Postcode Lottery and Bernie Byrne, centre head at Maggie's London.
Kate said, “Maggie's was one of People's Postcode Lottery's founding charities. Our players understand the importance of Maggie's; how it brings support not only to the individual but to the family too. We are proud that our support has enabled the organisation to expand across the country – including the opening of the London centre.”
