Celebration In Cumnor

One lucky Cumnor player was delighted to win People's Postcode Lottery's Dream Holiday prize this weekend with his postcode, OX2 9QA.

Paul Kingswater was thrilled to discover that his postcode was a winner and pocketed £4,000 in holiday vouchers and £1,000 spending money.

Paul said, "To win anything is such a bonus – I’m very happy."

Although the vouchers can be used on any holiday anywhere in the world, Paul prefers to keep it local. "My girlfriend and I love to travel throughout the UK," he said. "With these vouchers, we can really splash out and book luxury hotels."

Paul, who works as a self-employed gardener, has been playing People's Postcode Lottery for just over a year and decided to sign up to support local causes and charities.

Players have raised a fantastic £142 Million for over 2,000 good causes across Great Britain and internationally. One project local to Cumnor is Kick-Start. The charity responsible, One-Eighty, received £13,521 for the project which is a special intensive mentoring and behaviour support service.

Also this weekend, lucky players in Marshfield scooped £25,000 each, the second Saturday Street Prize landed in Ystrad Mynach, a BMW and £5,000 was won in Stevenage and London celebrated its first ever Postcode Millions win.
