Great News For Gosport
One very lucky Gosport player will be celebrating this weekend after winning a fantastic £30,000 prize.
The happy player landed this whopping windfall when their postcode, PO13 9TB, was drawn as the winner of Sunday's Street Prize.
It's not just players who benefit from People's Postcode Lottery. A minimum of 31% of the ticket price goes to charities. To date, over £237 Million has been raised for good causes across Great Britain and internationally.
A local cause that has received support from players is the John Pounds Community Trust, which was awarded £19,952 last year to provide disabled people with accessible and inclusive physical activity and fitness opportunities.
There were also celebrations in Niton, as two players in PO38 2DU scooped Saturday's Street Prize.
