Up, Up And Away For Ferndown

A remarkable fourteen players from Ferndown are flying high today after winning our Dream Holiday prize, thanks to lucky postcode BH22 0BS.

Each winning ticket collects a £5,000 holiday voucher and £2,000 in spending money. One lucky winner, Pauline, plays with two tickets and so doubled her prize to £10,000 of holiday vouchers and £4,000 spending money.

The Pinehurst Park neighbours are planning trips to Las Vegas, Canada, Spain, Brazil, Japan and Singapore with their winnings.

Delighted with her win, Pauline said, "Two years ago was my last holiday with my husband Michael. We go to places where we can take our Shih Tzu dog, called Brandy, with us. We are members of the National Trust and there are some lovely places nearby where we can go. We'll probably book a nice holiday cottage with our voucher."

Mother and son Jean and Gary both play People's Postcode Lottery and both won the Dream Holiday prize. Jean wants to go on a cruise. Gary says he'd like to take his sister and brother-in-law to Las Vegas with him.

Sandra and her husband Alan reckon winning is literally a dream come true. Sandra, who works in a local factory, added, "I've got three horses and it's always been my dream to go on a riding holiday through the Canadian Rockies. This really is a smashing prize and I can't wait to go on holiday now."

Mother-of-two Claire, who works in retail, is desperate to visit her sons who both live abroad. Claire said, "I don't get to see them very often. One of them lives in Brazil and the other one is in Singapore, but now I can afford to visit them both. This is just great!"

Janet, originally from Canada, only recently signed up to play People's Postcode Lottery. She can't believe she's won already! Janet said, "This was my very first draw and now I've got this amazing prize. I really like Florida so I'll be going back there for sure."
